| CTRI has been devoted to the research & development of HT-MT-CVD
surface coating technology & equipment for many years. We have successfully developed
many kinds of multi-layer quality composite coating materials & technology, and CVD
coating equipment systems for mass production. Through the experts' appraisal, the coated products and equipment have reached the advanced level of for foreign similar products in terms of main technical specifications, and won many national, ministerial and provincial prizes. At present our products are widely used throughout China. With HT-MT-CVD surfce coating technology, a layer of superhard materials such as carbide, nitride, oxid and boride will be tightly coated on the surfaces of various carbide tools, dies, tool steels, die steels and wear & corrosion resistant parts, and thus the service life of the products will be raised by 2-6 times, some even over 10 times, and the procuction efficiency by above 50%. At preset, this technology is widely used in the industrial production, an ideal means for surface treatment and service life improvement of carbide tools & dies. |
