Deburring Cutting Tools for Welding Tubes

At present a large amount of welded tubes are widely used in the industries such as automobile, motorcycle, cooling, decorating tubes and oil transmission lines.
Welded scars (burr) arising out of the welding operation will affect adversely the quality of welding tubes.
Through many years' effort, CTRI has successfully developed deburring tools for welded tubes, welded seams and welded scars.
The cutting tools have the following features:
1.High scrapping accuracy;
2.The tool materials have high hardness, good wear resistance and impact proof;
3.Good cutting performance. With the speed of 80m/min, at the temperature of 1200C, the tools can remove all the 3-5mm-hgih burrs inside and outside of the welded seam in a single operation.
4.Three grades and 30 varieties available in full specifications.
The tools are used in over 20 factories and are well received among our customers.
