Nylon Abrasive Filament Brushes produced by CTRI are made of heat stabilized nylon
filaments impregnating abrasive grain of Al2O3 or SiC. Depending on the machining
requirements, the brushes can be made into various shapes, such as disc, cup, tube and
end. In addition to no effect from water and oil, the brushes can also resist chemicals
corrosion. The brushes are used for the passivation, deburring, and surface finishing of
