PCBN tools

PCBN tools are one of our new products and have been put into application for almost 20 years. The achievement won the 3rd grade of China National Science & Technological Progress Award.
The tools are mainly suitable for the machining operation of high speed, high stability and high quality of machining ferrous materials. Some remarkable results have been achieved in the fields, such as high speed cutting for gray cast  irons, hard machining for hardened steels, replacing grinding with turning, dry cutting, and cutting operation for hard to machine materials.
